Tadalafil (generic Cialis®)* may interact with other medications such as nitrates (often prescribed for chest pain), alpha-blockers like terazosin or doxazosin, HIV protease inhibitors, antifungal medications such as ketoconazole, macrolide antibiotics such as erythromycin, and other erectile dysfunction medications.
