How do I add or remove a treatment from my subscription?

You can adjust your treatment plan by logging in to your Keeps account and selecting Change Your Plan. If you need any help, please reach out to our Care team by calling or texting 833-745-3377, chat by clicking on "Support" in the bottom right corner of the Keeps.com website, or email at help@keeps.com.

Our customer support hours are: Text and Email: Monday - Sunday, 10am-6pm EST Chat: Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm EST Phone Support: Monday - Friday, 8am-8pm EST

Before you make any changes, however, we recommend consulting with your Keeps medical provider by sending a message via our secure platform.
