While there are no FDA-approved medications to treat premature ejaculation, your provider may recommend an “off-label” prescription to address your symptoms.

Erectile dysfunction medications (like sildenafil citrate†, also known as generic Viagra®) and certain antidepressant medications have been shown to delay ejaculation in clinical studies. Some treatment options have been shown to help men last up to five times longer.*

*Individual results may vary. † Sildenafil citrate tablets (25mg, 50mg, & 100mg), Rx only, has not been approved by the FDA as safe and effective to treat premature ejaculation, however emerging evidence suggests that sildenafil citrate is a safe and effective treatment option for premature ejaculation. Sildenafil citrate may also cause side effects including headache, flushing, and indigestion. By providing this content, Thirty Madison, Inc. in no way supports or endorses the use of this product for such condition(s). Such determination must be made by a licensed clinician who may prescribe sildenafil citrate because in their clinical judgment, use of the product is medically appropriate.
